1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Digonest handles personal data when you use the PromptGem website, web app, prompt pages, contact form and content-reporting system. It does not govern third-party AI tools or websites that you open from the Service.

Digonest processes information for the purposes described in the notice shown at collection, with your consent where required, to provide requested services, for legitimate uses permitted by applicable law, and to comply with legal obligations. You may choose not to submit optional information, although this may limit our ability to respond.

The Service may use essential session cookies for security, form protection and administration. Favorites and history may be stored locally on your device rather than in a user account.
